The X-Seed 4000 is the tallest building ever "logically" envisioned at 4,000 meters and 800 floors. It was designed by the Taisei Construction Corporation as a possible futuristic environment in which the 500,000 to 1,000,000 people who would reside here could experience an ultra-modern lifestyle while still enjoying harmony with nature.
