WrestleMania IV was the fourth annual pay-per-view event in World Wrestling Entertainment's annual WrestleMania series. This year's event took place in Trump Plaza, Atlantic City on March 27, 1988. Its attendance was 14,000.

- Ultimate Warrior defeats Hercules
- Intercontinental Championship – Brutus Beefcake defeats The Honky Tonk Man by disqualification. Beefcake retains the title though.
- The Islanders and Bobby Heenan defeats The British Bulldogs and Koko B.Ware. (Heenan pins Koko B.Ware)
- Tag Team Championship – Demolition defeats Strike Force, with Ax pinning Rick Martell, thus earning the Tag Team Championship
- Tournament for the WWE Heavyweight Championship – Randy Savage
