Woolstone, Milton Keynes
Great Woolstone and Little Woolstone were two villages in the Borough of Milton Keynes, England. They are now part of the greater town of Milton Keynes, called jointly Woolstone.
The name 'Woolstone' is Anglo Saxon in origin, and means 'Wulfsige's farm'. In the Domesday Book of 1086 the area was recorded as Wlsiestone.
