Turner, Inverness; Thomas J. Cochran, Inverness, Florida; William Baily, Tallahassee, Fla.; Alexander B. Hawkins, Tallahassee, Florida; Wm. P. Denham, Tallahassee, Fla.; Wm. J. Hawkins, Raleigh, N. C. The line was redefined

The railroad would only be entitled to land grants for portions constructed before or on September 1, 1897.
