WestShore Plaza, Tampa

(Redirected from WestShore Plaza)

WestShore Plaza is a shopping center located in the Westshore business district of Tampa, Florida. Although seen as the more affordable version of International Plaza and Bay Street (which is one mile away from WestShore Plaza), WestShore houses many higher-end retail chains, such as the Lindt chocolatier, and Ann Taylor.

WestShore is anchored by the Sears, JCPenney, Macy's, and Saks Fifth Avenue department stores. There is also an AMC movie franchise, and a P.F. Chang's China Bistro as well as the only location in town for upscale dining such as The Palm Restaurant and Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant, which are located across the country.

WestShore Plaza was opened in 1967 and was touted as Tampa's first shopping center which was fully air-conditioned.
