WBBJ is the ABC affiliate located in Jackson, TN. You can tune in to WBBJ on channel 7 in and around Jackson, TN.

WBBJ has been around for fifty years (first started broadcasting in 1955), and is now refereed to as "West Tennessee's News Channel."

WBBJ, like so many other "channel 7's" out there, bears that famous channel logo, the sort of half-rounded 7 inside of the circle.

Right now, WBBJ has six different news broadcasts. Good Morning West Tennessee airs at 6 a.m. for one hour on weekdays. 7 Eyewitness News: MidDay airs for a half hour on weekdays at 11:30 a.m., right before "All My Children." 7 Eyewitness News: Live at Five airs, of course, for a half hour at five o'clock in the afternoon. The local news returns at six o'clock for 7 Eyewitness News at 6, which also runs for a half hour. During this broadcast, you will be able to see the live Tennessee Lottery Cash 3 Drawing. At ten, 7 Eyewitness News at 10 airs, which is the final broadcast of the day.

During the weekend, you will not, unfortunately, get as much news coverage. On Saturday, you can turn to 7 Eyewitness News at 6 and 7 Eyewitness Newas at 10. On Sunday, tune in at 5:30 for 7 Eyewitness News: Weekend Edition and the 10 o'clock news.

Also on Sundays, you can tune in at 11:35 p.m. after Seinfeld to watch Sports Extra, more commonly known as SX. It is a "high-octane half hour of local sports and national sports, according to the promos. SX has only been on the air since November 2004.
