Water 7 Arc (Plot Spoiler Warning)
The Water 7 Arc is the fourteenth arc in the series One Piece by Eiichiro Oda. It's focus is on the events that take place in and around the city of Water 7, AKA the 'Water Capital of the World'.
After the events that took place in the Davy Back Fight Arc and his short fight with Ao Kiji, Monkey D. Luffy and the crew of the Merry Go come across the strange sight of a giant frog (Yokozuna) doing the crawlstroke. Things take a turn for the stranger when they spot a train miraculously traveling across the waves. Without warning, the frog attacks the train and is knocked into the ocean. The crew then finds themselves at the Train station of Stationmaster Kokoro and her granddaughter Chimney. Kokoro reveals the secret that the train, the 'Puffing Tom', actually travels on rails that run under the water. Nami then points out the crew’s direction of travel and Kokoro informs them that they’re headed to Water Metropolis, Water 7, which specializes in ship building. Luffy then announces his intent to get a shipwright there.
