Viktor Vekselberg

Viktor Feliksovich Vekselberg (born April 14, 1957) is a chairman of Tyumen Oil (TNK), Russia's third-largest oil and gas company. He took a controlling interest in the company in 1997 and has subsequently developed a joint venture with BP. He is also a chairman of SUAL Holding, which controls Russia's second-largest aluminum business and is ranked ninth in the world. He is of Jewish origin and presently one of the Russian oligarchs.
