Vigan
Vigan is the capital city of the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. The city, located on the western coast of the large island of Luzon, facing the South China Sea, is well-known for its cobblestone streets and Spanish architecture. It is the oldest surviving Spanish colonial city. It is a World Heritage Site.
