Vidyavihar
Vidyavihar is a suburb of Mumbai. It is also the name of a railway station on the Mumbai suburban railway on the Central Railway line.
Vidyavihar is known for the K. J. Somaiya educational campus, from which it gets its name. (Vidyavihar means the garden of education in Hindi). Somaiya Vidyavihar is the most famous landmark in Vidyavihar. It was established in 1959. Its first institution was K J Somaiya College of Arts and Science, established in 1960. There are about 30 schools, colleges, vocational centers and polytechnics in its 60 acre (243,000 m²) campus.
