Vice Lords

The Vice Lords is the oldest and the second largest street gang in Chicago, USA. It was originally formed in late 1950s, believed to be sometime in 1958, as a club of the Illinois State Training School for Boys in St. Charles, also known as the St. Charles Juvenile Correctional facility. There, a group of kids, from and around 16th street of the western part of Chicago, organized themselves into a group – they were the original members of the Vice Lords.
