Veteran of a psychic wars

Song of the american band Blue Oyster Cult, written by Eric Bloom (band vocal) and Michael Moorcock (british writer, creator of Elric, Hawkmoon, Ereköse, Corum, Jerry Cornelius and the myth of Eternal Champion). It is at the album "Fire of Unknown Origin". After this music made part of the soundtrack of "Heavy Metal – The Movie". The lyrics treats about another version of the Eternal Champion, however more like Jerry Cornelius than Ereköse. Though "Veteran of Psychic Wars" is the proper name is possible to find this music written as "Veteran of a Thousand Psychic Wars".
