Vaho

A mix of meat, green plantains and yucca. It is spelled vaho, but pronounced as "bajo" which in Spanish has the same pronounciation of "bass". It is a traditional Nicaraguan dish originated from the mix of cultures between the indigenous and afronicaraguans of the country.
