Vahki
The Vahki are robotic order enforcement squads from the fictional LEGO Bionicle storyline of 2004 and 2005.
Overview
The Vahki operate in the city Metru Nui and are produced en masse. With the ability to transform from intelligent bipeds to ruthless quadrupeds, the Vahki are programmed with one directive: to stop lawbreakers by any means necessary. Though Vahki often try to stop the Toa Metru, they are not evil and obey any order they are given by Turaga Dume. They do not knock on doors – they smash them down. They are capable of speaking in normally inaudible frequencies, which are by some means understood by Dume. This was until 'Dume' revealed himself to be the Makuta, and he drained Metru Nui's power plant. The Vahki that were in their hives exploded, but some Vahki changed... having less power coming to them meant that they could speak audible Matoran, and they had gained the ability to reconstruct themselves. They have lost their ability to fly, but their staffs now destroy anything in their path. Driven by a burning desire to remove all living beings from the City of Legends, the Vahki are a dangerous foe.
Nuurakh:
Zone of Control: Ta-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Command, forces the target to obey one command.
Vorzakh:
Zone of Control: Le-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Erasing, temporarily eliminates the target's higher mental functions.
Keerakh:
Zone of Control: Ko-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Confusion, distorts target of time and place.
Bordakh:
Zone of Control: Ga-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Loyalty, target will become a wholehearted believer in order.
Zadakh:
Zone of Control: Po-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Suggestion, makes target willing to follow orders from just about anyone for a limited period of time.
Rorzakh:
Zone of Control: Onu-Metru.
Equipment: Kanoka, Staff of Presence, target turns into a video and audio receiver for the Vahki.
Notes:
- Vahki usually stay out of water, even Bordakh, who have underwater skill.
- Po – Matoran actually know that the Vahki speak Matoran, but in high frequencies before the Vahki had changed, as Po – Metru is where materials, like Vahki, were finished. This was inforamation was from Bionicle Adventures #7 and 8.
