The Urban Community of Nantes (French: Communauté urbaine de Nantes), also known as Nantes Métropole, is the intercommunal structure gathering the city of Nantes (France) and some of its suburbs.

The Urban Community of Nantes encompasses only the center of the metropolitan area of Nantes (see infobox at Nantes article for the metropolitan area). Communes further away from the center of the metropolitan area have formed their own intercommunal structures, such as:

  • Community of Communes of Erdre and Gesvres (Communauté de communes d'Erdre et Gesvres): 43,201 inhabitants
  • Community of Communes of Grand-Lieu (Communauté de communes de Grand-Lieu): 27,720 inhabitants
  • Community of Communes of Loire Divatte (Communauté de communes de Loire Divatte): 19,487 inhabitants
  • etc.
