Background

The Untouchable Entertainment Group was born out of the collapse of Hardcore Records, which was founded in 1997. The Untouchables was a group on that original roster, and the current name of the Untouchable Entertainment Group is the last remnant of the original label. Hardcore Records collapsed in 2000.

In 2003, Untouchable Clique Records (formerly Untouchable Records) was founded by C.E.O & President Darvio "Tha Kingpin" Morrow & former Senior Vice President Rowland "Rowly-Rowl" Sledge. Its artist roster of that time was comprised of Tha Kingpin himself, along with Rowly-Rowl, Latecia Wilson, Passionate (Latecia Wilson's group which was also comprised of two other girls), Diana Lash, & Ashley Sparks.

Departure of the Original Roster

In mid 2003, the artist roster had suddenly became lazy and unmotivated. Tha Kingpin was aware of the situation, but chose to continue conducting business with them. In June of 2003, Latecia Wilson's first single, "Ex" was recorded. Ironically enough, no less than a month after "Ex" was recorded, she became an "ex" member of the roster. Tha Kingpin let Latecia and Passionate out of their contracts and off of the roster. The reason cited was insubordination. Not long after Passionate's departure, Rowland "Rowly-Rowl" Sledge was also released of his Senior Vice Presidential duties and was taken off of the artist roster.

Arrival of the Samspon Brothers

In August of 2003 Carlos "Big Los" Sampson and Julien "Jewelz" Sampson (cousins of Tha Kingpin) joined the label. Big Los took over the Senior Vice Presidential duties. With their arrival came a new roster which featured newcomers Tha Fam (Big Los' rap group consisting of current members D-Black and Amazing and former members Martese and Supreme) along with Tha Kingpin and former members of the original roster Diana Lash & Ashley Sparks (who were technically still on the roster despite no longer being contacted). Their contracts were allowed to expire and their spots on the roster are now filled by Anaija & Angela Knight.

Birth of a Corporation

In early 2004 Untouchable Records was changed to Untouchable Clique Records to represent the family atmosphere promoted in the company.

Taking the company to another level, Untouchable Entertainment Group was founded with the plans of expanding into other areas of entertainment. Untouchable Clique Records, along with Losworld Records, Jewelzide Records, & Gettin Grown Entertainment would now be subsidiaries to the parent Untouchable Entertainment Group.

As the company continued to expand, the focus changed. The original goal was just to be a top record label. Now, the goal is to be able to compete with the top media companies in America.

With the focus on more than just music, the Untouchable Entertainment Group can be able to compete with the top names in the entertainment industry.

As of this writing, the Unntouchable Entertainment Group has over 20 companies in its possession, an upstart radio station, and even rumors of a cable television station called "TeenTV" in the works.

Keeping true to its musical roots, the Untouchable Entertainment Group created the Untouchable Music Alliance which features the subsidiaries Untouchable Clique Records, Revolution Records (the only other company in the corporation almost as old as Untouchable Clique Records), along with newer labels Millionaire$ Club Records, Untouchable Gospel, & Losworld Records.
