Untapped Talent
Untapped Talent is an Edinburgh University Students' Association Society for creating and promoting live music of any genre. The society operates a weekly open mic night and practice room during term time which is free to use for society members. The society was started in 1993 and has grown to have over 100 members as well as others who simply enjoy the many events put on by the society around Edinburgh.
Untapped talent can also refer to a breed of fish, Latin name Unotappius peshus, found natively in the shores of Northern Wales. It grows up to three feet in size and is largely carnivorous.
