Ulster Young Unionist Council

The Ulster Young Unionist Council (UYUC) is the youth wing of the political party, the Ulster Unionist Party (UUP).

They were formed originally in 1949 however disbanded in January 2004. A new group of the same name formed in April 2004 and are involved in the internal structure of the UUP. Their aims are the same as the UUP, that is to keep Northern Ireland as an integral region of the United Kingdom and to protect the right to the people of Northern Ireland to British citizenship.

Their website contains the first party political weblog in Northern Ireland.
