The USA Cartoon Express was a popular television program block on the USA Network during the 1980s and 1990s. Made up entirely of animated content and featuring a locomotive motif, most of the programs broadcast during the block were reruns of Hanna-Barbera hit shows such as Scooby-Doo, The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show, Laff-a-Lympics, and The Smurfs
