Tytherington, South Gloucestershire
Tytherington is a village in South Gloucestershire, England. The quarry to the north belongs to Hanson plc. An old railway line passes nearby, with a bridge and a tank engine near the quarry entrance as reminders of the railway. The line is now used by the quarry for transport of stone. In the village there is a park, a former primary school(now used as the village hall), a community shop, a church and a Baptist chapel.
