The Band

Trocadero is a Cambridge, MA based band that consists of Nico Audy-Rowland, Wendy Mittelstadt, and Brandon Erdos. They are most famous for creating the theme to the popular machinima web-series Red vs. Blue, Blood Gulch Blues as well as other music for the series such as A Girl Named Tex. Trocadero is also providing music for Rooster Teeth's other series, The Strangerhood, for which they wrote the theme song Crazy Zoo.

The band is known for its diverse style of music and its signature element is the polyphonic blending of Nico and Wendy's voices. Instruments have been used by the band include drums, several kinds of keyboards, vocals, piano, violin, viola, guitars, and banjos. Their song genres are even more impressive; Roses includes tracks that are strongly influenced by the blues, disco, spirituals, western narrative, and every type of rock. One of the songs, Oh Five!, is a brief Hawaiian intermission piece.

In 2004 Trocadero released its first CD titled Roses are Red, Violets are Blue: Songs From and Inspired by Red vs Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles.
