Tour d'Argent
La Tour d'Argent (The Silver Tower) is a restaurant in Paris, France over 400 years old. It is said that it was the first place in the world to use forks.
Duck is the specialty. The Tour has its own farm on which it raises its ducks. When ordered, the diner receives a postcard with the serial number of the duck.
The restaurant also offers a wine cellar containing more that half a million bottles of the world's finest wines.
The dining room features a spectacular view of the river Seine, a waiting list of several months, and a minimum price tag of €300 per person.
