Tosa Mitsuoki (Japanese: 土佐 光起; 1617November 14, 1691) was a Japanese painter.

Tosa was born in Sakai, the son of Tosa Mitsunori (15831638), also a painter. His original name was Tosa Fujimitsu, also called Tsuneaki. Tosa lived in the early Edo period (1603–1867) who revived the Tosa school of painting (founded in the 15th century and devoted to the Yamato-e, or paintings specializing in subject matter and techniques derived from ancient Japanese art as opposed to schools influenced by Chinese art), recapturing the title of official court artist. He died in Kyoto.
