The artist's actual name is Toddy Tee and the name of the song being referenced is the "BatterRam" This song was made in reference to the drug raids being made by law enforcement at this time in the Los Angeles area, when officers would use a large vehicle to barge into suspected dealers' dope spots or homes. This is the only song by this artist to have any sort of regional popularity, and not much was heard from him after this.
