Toasted ravioli

Toasted ravioli is an appetizer that is traditionally only available near Saint Louis, Missouri, though it is on the menu of every Olive Garden restaurant. Generally, it is square, meat ravioli that is breaded and deep fried so it is crispy. It is served with marinara sauce, and sometimes with a bit of parmesan cheese sprinked on top.
