Thomas Bragg

Gov. Thomas Bragg

Thomas Bragg (9 November 1810 — 21 January 1872) was the Democratic governor of the U.S. state of North Carolina from 1855 to 1859. Bragg later served as a U.S. Senator from 1859 to 1861.

He was the brother of the Confederate General Braxton Bragg.
