Thodupuzha
Thodupuzha is a municipal city in the Idukki district of Kerala, the southern most state of India.
Thodupuzha is strategically placed as a gateway to the Highrange parts of the State. It has a population of around 2,5 million and the main occupation is agriculture and trade.But Thodupuzha is not part of highranges;it is previously in Ernakulam District.The People of Thodupuzha are of two division.the original natives of Thodupuzha are people migrated from Muvattupuzha.Other,are highrange people from palai and Kottayam,destroying the original culture of Thodupuzha.Thodupuzha is a land of greenery and a tourist attraction centre.thodupuzha was part of erstwhile Travancore dynasty.it lies in Central kerala,east of Muvattupuzha town.
