Tenes

In Greek mythology, Tenes was a son of King Cycnus of Colonae. Cycnus was tricked into trying to kill him by his second wife, but Tenes survived. Both Cycnus and Tenes fought in the Trojan War on the side of the Trojans.

Tenes is a coastal city in western Algeria.
