Ted Hill
Ted Hill (Dr. Theodore P. Hill) is the mathematician who developed Benford's law into a powerful tool used to seek out tax fraud. Income tax agencies of several nations and states such as California use detection software based on Benford's Law, in part thanks to the work of Dr. Hill.
