TUI (travel)

TUI AG (Touristik Union International) is a German based travel company with interests across Europe. TUI was established in 2000 as a holding company for the holiday interests of Preussag. Major subsidiaries include charter airline Britannia Airways and low-cost carrier Thomsonfly, both acquired during the takeover of Thomson Holidays.
