Téléroman

A téléroman ("telenovel") is a French language dramatic television series, similar to a soap opera or a Spanish language telenovela, in Quebec.

Téléromans are one of the most popular forms in Québécois culture.

In 2003, TFO produced the first-ever franco-ontarian téléroman, Francoeur.
