Starstruck

Starstruck was originally a stage play written by Elaine Lee. A blend of science fiction and satire, the story was set in a possible future America run by the Girl Guides.

Starstruck was later adapted as a graphic novel, followed by a six issue comic book series. Both were created by Lee and artist Mike Kaluta, and published by Epic Comics (an imprint of Marvel Comics). Lee and Kaluta later expanded this material in series titled Starstruck: The Expanding Universe published by Dark Horse Comics.
