St-Hubert

St-Hubert is a privately-held chain of Canadian casual dining restaurants best known for its rotisserie chicken. While it once had a presence throughout eastern Canada, it now has few locations outside its home province of Québec, where it remains a dominant and growing chain. Other locations are found in adjoining regions of Ontario (Ottawa and area) and New Brunswick (Moncton), as well as in Toronto.

Swiss Chalet, which has itself retreated from Québec, provides a similar menu in the rest of Canada.
