Ståle Stensaas

Ståle Stensaas (born July 7th 1971) is a well known Norwegian left defender. He plays for Rosenborg ballklubb and is considered one of the Norway's most talented left defenders currently playing.

He has 9 caps (1 goal).

Stensaas has two children: Hanne and Andreas.

He is 179 cm tall and weighs 77 kg.

He played for the Norwegian Tippeliga side Rosenborg 1992 to 1997 until he was sold to Glasgow Rangers. After little success in the Scottish Premier League he returned to Rosenborg in 2000.

One of the highligths of his career is his super goal against Blackburn in the UEFA Champions League in 1995.

Former clubs include: Othilienborg, Nidelv, Glasgow Rangers and Nottingham Forrest (on loan).
