Spytek z Melsztyna (Spytek of Melsztyn) or Spycimir or Spycimierz (1300-1357) was a Polish nobleman (szlachcic).
Spytek served as Łowczy of Kraków since 1312, castellan of Sacz since 1317, castellan of Wiślica since 1319, voivode of Kraków Voivodship since 1320 and castellan of Kraków since 1331.
He was advisor of the last Piast kings Władysław I Łokietek and Kazimierz Wielki. He was a supporter of the alliance with Hungary and the Angevins as successors of the Piasts on the Polish throne.
He founded the city of Tarnów in 1330 and build two stronghold castles, in Tarnów and in Melsztyn, about 1340
Spytek was the progenitor of the Tarnowski-Melsztyński-Jarosławski family.
