Spit (VoIP spam)

Spam Telephony (spit) is the VoIP equivalent of olicited email — unwanted messages clogging up your voice mail box. No examples have yet been seen in the wild, but Qovia of Frederick, Maryland, have recently filed two patent applications for technology to thwart spit.
