Songs from a Room was the Canadian poet Leonard Cohen's second album. It is generally considered weaker than his first album, Songs of Leonard Cohen. The first track, 'Bird on the Wire', has been covered by many people including Cohen's one-time backup singer Jennifer Warnes.
