Sigurd Haakonsson

Sigurd Håkonsson (circa 895962) (Old Norse Sigurðr Hákonarson), earl of Lade (Trøndelag) and son of Håkon Grjotgardsson. Sigurd was killed by Eirik Bloodaxe's son king Harald Greyhide as part of Haralds effort to re-unite all of Norway under his rule. This killing was later revenged by Sigurd's son, Håkon Sigurdsson.
