Sheffield Parkway
The Sheffield Parkway is a major dual-carriageway that connects Sheffield City centre with the M1 motorway, junction 33. The road has two lanes on both sides for most of its length and can become highly congested. The road was opened in 1974. The road meets the city centre at Park Square roundabout. Many businesses and Sheffield attractions are located next to the Parkway as it is known in Sheffield. Sheffield City Airport has a slip road connecting to the Parkway. The road forms a part of the A57 road and the A630 road.
