Sam Hammam is the Lebanese football club owner, currently racking up debts at a great rate of knots at Cardiff City F.C.. Seen by many bluebirds as their saviour when he took over they remained blind to the problems as the club's debt spiralled to a figure close to £40 million. So far they have avoided the dreaded administration as well as the ten point deduction that goes with it but it really is only a matter of time. Previously, he owned Wimbledon F.C. (now Milton Keynes Dons F.C.).

He has a serious talent for spreading disinformation amongst the locals to convince them that no problems exist, such as recycling six month old news about a retail development vital to the clubs existence. Amazingly, nobody seems to suspect that all may be not right.
