S.W.A.T. (TV Series)

A 1970's American television series about the adventures of the Los Angeles Police Department's Special Weapons And Tactics (S.W.A.T.) team. It was short-lived, in part because it was considered too violent at the time (though the violence it depicted is actually mild by today's television standards).

The show starred Steve Forrest as the unit's leader, 'Hondo' Harrelson, and Rod Perry as Hondo's second-in-command. The show also featured Robert Urich as one of the team members.
