Roxanne Qualls
Roxanne Qualls is an American politician of the Democratic party who served as mayor of Cincinnati, Ohio, from 1993 to 1999.
In 1998, Qualls was an unsuccessful candidate for the United States House of Representatives against Congressman Steve Chabot.
