Roscoe's House of Chicken 'n Waffles is a Hollywood, California-based soul-food restaurant chain founded by Herb Hudson, a Harlem native, in the 1976.

In 2004, a black comedy film was released by the same name starring Glenn Plummer, Anthony Johnson, and Clifton Powell. [1]
