Rolled pork roast

Rullepølse or rule-puss (as it is pronounced in English) is a typical Danish food. A large flat piece of pork meat is spread with herbs and seasoning and then rolled up and shaped into a rectangle. It is then cooked, cooled, and sliced thinly to be placed onto an open-faced sandwich.
