Rod Argent
Rod Argent (born 1945, St Albans, England) was a member of pop group The Zombies.
While at St Albans School, he met with Paul Atkinson and Hugh Grundy. In conjunction with Colin Blunstone and Chris White, they formed The Zombies.
Argent played piano and keyboard in the group. In addition he was their main songwriter, writing their major hits She's Not There, Tell Her No, and Time Of The Season among other songs.
After the Zombies split, he went on to form a band called Argent.
He later played keyboard with many other musicians, including playing on The Who's album Who Are You.
