Rob Machado

Robert Edward Machado (better known simply as Rob Machado) is an American professional surfer from the Cardiff by the Sea section of Encinitas, California. Rob is known for his casual, "laid-back" style both in and out of the water. Despite much acclaim and notoriety in the surfing world, he has never won a championship.

Machado is a very good friend, and served as an inspiration, to quadriplegic surfer Jesse Billauer.
