Rita Fan

Rita Fan Hsu Lai-tai GBS, JP, MA, BSc (born 1945) is the President of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (LEGCO).

Born in Shanghai in 1945, Mrs Fan is a long serving public servant and member of various departments:
