Richard Genovese (born 1947) is a surrealist collagist, photographer, painter, and theorist.
He has collaborated with Ray Johnson and is in close association with the following groups:
- London Surrealist Group;
- Upland Trout, UK;
- Vivid Surrealism (Zazie, Pierre Petiot);
- Blue Feathers Project, Minnesota Surrealist Group;
- Surrealists in Saint Louis;
- Grupo Surrealista De São Paulo Sergio Lima;
- Portland Surrealist Group;
- The Surrealist Group in Stockholm Johannes Bergmark
Genovese is the intitiator of the Altered Lithograph, Excavation collage and novel, Manchando photography and the Spiral Poem.
