</table></div> Openly homosexual, Hatch has a single adopted son named Christopher. During the original season of Survivor, Hatch earned himself the nickname, FNF, "Fat Naked Fag", due to his sexual orientation and his enjoyment of being in the nude. He and his fellow tribemates often joked around with each other about "FNF". On January 19, 2005, the United States Attorney's Office in Providence, Rhode Island reported that Hatch had failed to report the $1,010,000 he had received from the show on his tax returns (the additional $10,000 was paid for his appearance on the final episode). Hatch also allegedly failed to report approximately $321,000 he received that year for appearances on radio station WQSX-FM in Boston. Prosecutors stated Hatch will be charged with filing a false tax return and faces up to five years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. An agreement was arranged where Hatch was promised a lenient sentence in exchange for a guilty plea. But Hatch withdrew from the arrangement when it was time to formally enter his plea. Prosecuters say they will now take the case to a grand jury.

Richard Hatch (reality TV)

(Redirected from Richard (Survivor))

Richard Hatch (born April 8, 1961) is the winner of the first American Survivor series, which aired in 2000 and was set in Pulau Tiga.

Before Survivor, Hatch was a corporate trainer from Newport, Rhode Island. He has spent five years in the US Army, is a licensed real estate agent and has also worked as a car salesman and a bartender.

During the series, Hatch displayed infamous nudist tendencies, and had little problem with playing much of the game naked. Not particularly well-loved by his fellow tribe mates, Hatch was nevertheless able to win the game by careful (and often underhanded and deceptive) plotting and scheming.

The following contains spoilers regarding Survivor: All-Stars, which hasn't been shown on (most) parts of the world yet.

In 2004, he was brought back to Survivor as a contestant on Survivor: All-Stars, where he was voted out during the fifth episode, to his considerable surprise. Prior to his removal, he caused some controversy when during a challenge he briefly rubbed his naked body against competitor Sue Hawk. The event traumatized Sue, and she resigned from the game shortly after Richard was voted out.
