Rez Band (Resurrection Band)
REZ, also known as Rez Band or Resurrection Band, are a hard rock/blues band. They are well known within the Contemporary Christian music genre.
They are based in Chicago, and all of its members are part of the Jesus People USA community.
They were formed in the mid-1970s as part of the Jesus Music phenomenon and have since won 17 Dove Awards, released many albums, and have had a powerful influence in the development of Christian music and the Christian music industry.
Leader singer and guitarist Glen Kaiser also has an established solo career as a blues musican and is also a well known speaker on various spiritual issues to youth and adults.
